Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $300.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 5 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Full refund if cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to your arrival. Stay is not refundable if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Signed rental agreement and valid photo ID required.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. It must never be excessivly loud outside.
This a no-smoking property. Smoking outside is permitted. There will be a charge for picking up smoking debris.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon prior in writing.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Must be 25 years of age to rent this home.
Parking; You may park 1 car directly in front of the house for LOADING ONLY. There are 3 marked stalls in the large lot across the street for 340 S Burritt Ave. If you have more than 3 cars you may use any UNMARKED stalls. Please try to limit total number of cars to 5 if possible. Unauthorized/abandoned/improperly parked cars are subject to towing. Any fines are the sole responsibility of the car owner. Please do not park in front of the house. The neighbors or police will notify me.
Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper. Flushable wipes and femine hygeine product WILL clog the septic system. You may be charged damages if it is found that improper things have been flushed and have caused damage.
No refunds will be provided for storms.
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED PER COUNTY ORDINANCE. No fire pit or outdoor fires allowed at the Eagles Nest.
Please be considerate of our neighbors. We have a strict 10pm quiet time which is a part of our licensing process and is enforced by the village. Any noise or disturbance complaints from the neighbors may result in loss of access WITHOUT a refund. Please ensure this is not an issue.
Trash pick up is on Wednesday mornings. Please ensure nothing is blocking the cans from the road side then. Please bag all trash.
