Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 5 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Full refund if cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to your arrival. Stay is not refundable if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. It must never be excessivly loud outdoors.
Signed rental agreement and valid photo ID required
This a no-smoking property.
No pets allowed.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon prior in writing
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Minimum age for primary guest 25 years of age
Parking on Trout Rd or grass is prohibited. Limited to 4 cars. Any unauthroized/abandoned/improperly parked cars are subject to towing at the owners expense.
Do NOT flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper. "Flushable wipes" ARE NOT flushable and WILL clog the septic system. You may be charged if it is found that you have flushed improper things and caused damage to the septic system
No refunds will be provided for storms.
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED PER COUNTY ORDINANCE
Please be considerate of our neighbors. We have a strict 10pm quiet time outdoors. This is part of our licensing and is enforced by local law enforcement. Any noise or disturbance complaints from the neighbors may result in loss of access WITHOUT a refund. Please ensure this is not an issue.
ALL SURROUNDING PROPERTY INCLUDING THE ROAD PAST THE LILY PAD IS PRIVATE PROPERTY. Please ensure all guests stay in the yard/dock area and do not trespass on others property. If this is an issue, the neighbors will press charges upon the trespasser.
Please do not block the dumpster at any time. All trash must be bagged prior to placing in the dumpster. We are unable to provide recycling at this time.
