Legendary Moose Lodge
This one of a kind home features 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Moose Lodge has an open concept kitchen with breakfast bar, a beautiful custom dining room table and plenty of space and supplies to enjoy a great meal together. There is a gas grill (we supply the gas and tools) available and plenty of seating just outside on the spacious back deck.
When it's time to relax after dinner, you can watch the kids play and listen to the birds on the back deck, watch the sunset on the front porch, or hang out in one of the 3 comfortable living room areas in the home. We also are proud to offer an awesome billiards room in the lower level. Our beds are comfortable after a long day of play or relaxing.
There is even a Jacuzzi tub to soak away your worries! Grab a book and cozy up by the fireplace or enjoy star-studded skies, roasted marshmallows, and family tales around the campfire in the evenings. You will feel welcomed the minute you drive up the driveway through the end of your stay. We are certain of it!
Moose Lodge offers a hospitable and warm retreat with access to many outdoor activities such as hiking, snow skiing, boating, and fishing. Also just 15 minutes to Christmas Mountain Village and 20 minutes to Cascade Mountain. Rocky Arbor, Devils Lake, Mirror Lake, and Roche Cri State Parks are all within a short drive. Find deals at the Outlet Mall or have a blast at the waterparks nearby!

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 5 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Full refund if cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to your arrival. Stay is not refundable if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Signed rental agreement and valid photo ID required.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. It must never be excessivly loud outside.
This a no-smoking property. Smoking outside is permitted. There will be a charge for picking up smoking debris.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon prior in writing.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Must be 25 years of age to rent this home.
Parking on road or grass is prohibitted. Limited to 5-7 cars. Unauthorized/abandoned/improperly parked cars are subject to towing. Any fines are the sole responsibility of the car owner.
Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper. Flushable wipes and femine hygeine product WILL clog the septic system. You may be charged damages if it is found that improper things have been flushed and have caused damage.
No refunds will be provided for storms.
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED PER COUNTY ORDINANCE.
Please be considerate of our neighbors. We have a strict 10pm quiet time which is a part of our licensing process and is enforced by the county. Any noise or disturbance complaints from the neighbors may result in loss of access WITHOUT a refund. Please ensure this is not an issue.
Trash pick up is on Friday mornings. Please ensure nothing is blocking the dumpster then. Please bag all trash. We are unable to provide recycling at this time.
