Many birds & animals are seen frequently such as raccoons, deer and wild turkey. We have a great, private back yard for hanging out and stargazing. Want to stay inside? Unwind, lounging in the loft gazing up through the skylights while you enjoy reading your favorite book or enjoy the fireplace. There are 2 living room areas with comfy seating to pick from! A small selection of movies & games are also provided! All pillows, sheets, blankets and towels are provided. All you need to bring is beach towels if you plan to visit local waterparks or beaches. Please be aware that there is no public river access on Bayview Ln. All surrounding land is privately owned and not open for use.

-Limited selection of spices and oil
-Standard 12 cup, flat bottom filter coffee pot available. Starter kit of coffee and filters supplied
-Open to living room. Kitchen table seats 6-7. Additional chairs & table available.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $250.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 5 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 5 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Full refund if cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation is between 30-60 days till arrival, stay is 50% refundable.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
Signed rental agreement and valid photo ID required.
Must be 25 years of age to rent this home.
Parking on road or grass is prohibitted. Limited to 5-7 cars. Unauthorized/abandoned/improperly parked cars are subject to towing. Any fines are the sole responsibility of the car owner.
Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper. Flushable wipes and femine hygeine product WILL clog the septic system. You may be charged damages if it is found that improper things have been flushed and have caused damage.
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED PER COUNTY ORDINANCE.
Please do not block the dumpster and ensure all trash is bagged. We are unable to provide recycling at this time.
